MARATHON AND HALF-MARATHON TRAINING

PURPOSE

This program trains you to run and finish a marathon or half marathon.

WHO SHOULD JOIN

This program is for people of all abilities who want to run either a half or full marathon. You do not have to have any racing experience though we recommend that you be able to run three miles at a steady pace.

DURATION

The length of the marathon and half-marathon program is 4-6 months — based on how fit and how much of foundation you have before starting.

WHAT YOU GET

We will prepare an individualized personal training program depending on your goal and fitness level.

COST

Price will depend on how often client meet with coaches.
