RUN YOUR FASTEST 5K
PURPOSE
To design an individualized training schedule and program that will help you reach your goals and run a PR in a 5K or 10K.
WHO SHOULD JOIN
This is a program for runners who have enjoyed running 5Ks, 10Ks or half and full marathons but now want a larger challenge — to run faster.
Runners must already have some race experience and can run at least 3 miles comfortably at a
steady pace.
WHAT YOU GET
You receive one-on-one training from Ryan Smith, a local elite and 2:32 marathoner. We will meet three times a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 7 a.m. for the long run. We will prepare an individualized schedule based on client's goals and fitness level. On "track day" coaches will work with client to ensure timed intervals are run at correct pace and effort. Coaches will log client's times to compare for improvements. On long run day, coaches will provide support and will also run with clients. This all will be in a group setting.
You will also be invited to RUN 101 group programs, including seminars and running clinics with running experts and social events with
other runners.
